Contact usWho we are
Pinnacle Protect administers powertrain warranty programs for select vehicle applications. We work directly with participating dealerships and certified installers to provide coverage that is clearly written, fairly priced, and straightforward to use.
We believe a warranty should be something you understand before you need it — and something that works the way you expect when you do. That means plain-language agreements, defined coverage terms, and a claims process handled by people, not phone trees.
Our programs are not sold to the general public. If your vehicle qualifies, you'll hear about it from your dealer or installer at the point of purchase.
Coverage
Our powertrain programs cover the components that move your vehicle down the road — the major mechanical systems that matter most.
Internal engine components covered against damage and component failure, as defined in your warranty agreement.
Transmission and transfer case coverage for the systems that put power to the ground, shift after shift.
Drive axle and differential components covered from the transmission back — powertrain protection, front to rear.
Coverage terms, durations, and exclusions vary by program and are defined in each warranty agreement. Contact us to review the agreement that applies to your vehicle.
How we work
Warranty administration is a promise made in writing. These are the principles behind ours.
Every program we administer starts with an agreement written to be read. What's covered, what isn't, and for how long — stated plainly, before you sign.
Claims are handled with the servicing dealership or repair facility directly. Your vehicle gets fixed where it's serviced — we handle the paperwork behind the scenes.
When you call, you reach someone who can actually help — not a script, not a queue. Questions about coverage, eligibility, or an open claim get real answers.
Claims
If a covered component fails, the process is designed to get your vehicle back on the road with as little friction as possible.
Before any repair begins, call or email us with your coverage information and a description of the issue. We'll confirm coverage and open a claim.
We coordinate with the servicing facility on diagnosis and authorize covered repairs directly — so you're not stuck in the middle.
The repair proceeds under the terms of your agreement, and we settle covered costs with the facility. You get your vehicle back; we handle the rest.
